Where your order ships from
Our pieces are made and dispatched by our production partners abroad and are sent directly to you. They do not pass through a warehouse in Germany first.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next working day.
Delivery time
10 to 20 days from the day you order, including processing. Most orders arrive inside that window. Customs inspections, peak periods and carrier delays can add time, and those are outside our control.

Standard delivery within Germany is free on orders of 55 EUR or more. The free rate is applied automatically at checkout. Express delivery is charged at 9.99 EUR regardless of order value.

Rest of world: Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.
We are not able to deliver outside the countries listed above. If your country is not on the list, checkout will not be able to offer you a delivery option.
VAT, import VAT and customs
In accordance with the small business regulation under section 19 of the German VAT Act (§ 19 UStG), we do not charge value added tax and do not show it separately. The price shown in the shop is the price you pay, plus the shipping cost above.
For deliveries within the European Union, import VAT is settled at checkout. The amount you pay at checkout is the final amount. Nothing further is payable when your parcel arrives, and the carrier will not charge you import VAT or a customs handling fee.
Orders to countries outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and the United States, may attract import duties, taxes and customs handling fees on arrival. These are set by the destination country, are not included in our prices, and are payable by the recipient.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email once your parcel is handed to the carrier. Tracking often takes a few days to begin updating, and a period of no movement while a parcel is in transit is normal.
Wrong address
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can resend it once you have paid the shipping again.
Parcel not arrived
If your tracking has not moved for more than ten days, or the delivery window has passed, email makc.fx@icloud.com with your order number and we will chase it.
